Having living on the North Shore of Chicago for over 20 years, Heather recognized the value of local businesses in the community. She also realized that small businesses are often underserved when it comes to marketing expertise that targets local customers. She founded Efficiency Marketing & Publicity to help local businesses grow through strategic marketing.

Heather never forgets the big picture. She is a skillful strategist who knows how to recommend the right tactics to optimize any marketing plan. Heather guides clients through a brainstorming session like a master, helping them discover a brand personality they never had. And while she spent years honing her craft with big names like Kellogg's and McDonald’s, Heather knows how to harness those skills for the local market. Heather worked at large advertising agencies Leo Burnett and DDB Chicago, where she developed a passion for solving her client's needs in unique and powerful ways. Heather earned her B.A. in American Culture from University of Michigan.
